Torres tec is a ten building apartment complex located within a 5 min walking distance of ITESM Campus Monterrey or "Tec de Monterrey" as most people call it, which by the way is one of the best universities in the country.

The ten buildings face each other and also a central patio with a garden, pool and gym. These amenities are free to use by Torres Tec residents. There are also a couple grills and benches you can reserve for a small get together.

Each building has a private garage for parking which only residents can use. Designated spaces available. There’s a secondary access door that can only be opened with RFID cards we provide. All buildings share a main entrance with 24hr guarded security. Guards are able to access more than 40 video surveillance spots at the same time for optimal protection of our guests.
SOCIAL AREA
 

Right in the middle of the apartment complex there's a garden, a pool and a gym. Also you can find some outdoor grills and benches which can be reserved for small get-togethers.

GYM

There's probablly a court or field for every sport at Tec de Monterrey, including soccer, football, beach volleyball, raquetball, tennis, climbing, running, you name it. However, if you feel like not going out and doing a quick workout, there's a gym with a great view inside Torres Tec. No reservation needed.

POOL
 

Monterrey can get hot! Summer and spring here are mostly around de 33 - 38 °C range. Mostly on the weekends, you will see our pool surrounded by sunbathing residents. Whether you want to get some color, or just cool down, our pool is open for the most part of the day.
