Important things to consider before reserving:

These apartments are designed for students, therefore we only rent them by the semester. Contracts start in January or July. Sometimes we allow 5 month contracts, and for that reason there might also be avaiability for summer students to rent for just 1 month. So please send us an email, and we'll gladly let you know what options are the best for you.

We undestand that sometimes you don't travel with friends or a group of people, and therefore is difficult to rent a whole apartment. So if you're interested, let us know and we can put you in a queue with other students. This way, you will have the option to share an apartment with two or three other persons. There are rooms with bathroom in it and there are rooms that have to share the bathroom with only one more person (which are obviously less expensive), so please let us know if you have any preference. Also, let us know if you want to be with only boys, girls or if you don't care for sharing with any specific gender.
